hi i would like to say thankyou for the tbichat room it has really been good to read stories on tbi . i was a rider on the back of a four wheeler may 15,1999 and i did not have a helmet on the driver was going to fast and threw me off and i airboren threw the air and my head struck a tree on the right side i stay in a coma for four months and i woke up and i dont remember anything ive lost two years of my life and this was my senior year in school .i came out of the med and went to a rehab skill nursing and stay there a nite and day and they gave me the wrong meds i got the meds that belong to the lady next to me and i was gone again and my parents have told me all this i dont remember anything . but my balance is off ,im walking on a walker with help and i still cant walk by my self but i will keep trying and working hard and my left hand has a termor in it ,my mom said when i come out of the coma i had the termor but that is the least of my worries i want to be able to take care of myself and lead a close to normal life as possible , my parents are so good and god is so good so i will keep the faith and keep working hard to reach the goal i have set out for myself if you believe it will happen and i believe ashley
