Update June 2006

Writing is something that many really dislike doing- mainly because many of us have had to do it. Many of us had to write papers for high school English class. Some of had to write papers in college. However, rarely do we write as a form of therapy. We are however, often told to talk through a problem. Well more and more these days Sociologists, Psychiatrists and other various Counselors are telling us to write about the challenges that we face in life in order to resolve any issues. Well- I am telling youall about this from personal experience. I have not needed to go see a counselor for awhile now because I have been writing. I started writing only a year or two after I survived a TBI. I have my own web pages to put my writing on. I have a web page that allows me and anyone else that wants to- to put my writing on and get feedback. I have written basically five books now- getting feedback for my various articles on my ScribblersCorner site.

I am telling you that if it were not for sites like ScribblersCorner.com I might not be writing this essay! So IF you need rehabilitation for any reason- why don't you try scribbling on the Corner to try to see if you feel better about your rehabilitation!

HI, Bradley M. Fralick, D.M.D. here, I have no picture , but, use your imagination. Ok? I'VE had two major head injuries, but, the secound one I could truley call a brain injury: I was innertubing with my son in my lap when some other boat accidentally went the wrong way on the lake we were tubing on and hit us head on. Consequently I was knocked unconcious for anywhere from three to nine weeks depending on who you talk with, but, it might as well have been five years because when I finally woke up, the world had changed literally it didn't slow down and let me catch up. So I too, like mant of the rest of you had to relearn how to do things that most people take for granted like relearn to breathe, eat, walk, talk, I still can't talk very clearly. And walking is real slow I'VE still got ATAXIA , APHASIA or DISARTHRIA, in other words I can't talk worth shit. And my judgement is still bad obviously, but, I'M working on this I used to be a damn good DENTIST if I do say so myself I still am just retired I guess. If anybody wants to write me you can at all lower case and no spaces please bmfdmd@pacbell.net THANK YOU, Bradley M. Fralick, D.M.D.
