I was in a auto accident on my way to work. riding with somone else. was in hosp. for a month rehab for 6 month. Went back to work on light duty. 40 Hr.work week, no lifting over 25 lbs, no clinbing,no work over head. Was invalved in a fork truch acc. and hit my head. Was waring a plastic ball cap and it broke in half. the boss told me that I was not on light duty any longer.but 9 months later he told me that I was on light duty
