My son, Michael, who just turned 13 yesterday(01/04) suffered a hemmorage in 02/01 and has since had six surgeries (embolizations) in an attempt to reduce the size of the AVM. It has been discovered that two major arteries from the brain are going through the remaining ventricles in the AVM, thus causing major risk of brain damage during future embolizations or radiation treatments. I am looking for others who have faced this situation.
