my husband was in a motorcycle accident in april96 the drs told me to put him in a nursing home that he would never walk talk sit eat or anything ever again i brought him home 4 months later and he does not talk or walk or feed himself but he does a lot of smiling and that makes me go on everyday we go everywhere together i am 44 he is 45 we have 4 children and it has been very hard on them bet we live from one day to the other hoping for cures for brainstem injuries we have been though a lot when he was 31 he had a heart attack at 35 a triple bypass at 41 this but you know ther is more worse off people and children out in the world and we thank god everyday for each otherand for just being here anyone wanting to chat please e-mail me thank you for listening.
