i'm 20 years old and what i have become is my fault and my fault only. from the time i was molested when i was 5 to my brain injury at 19 it was my fault. it's only been 9 months since my accident, 9 crazy months. it happened january 8 at 2:30 AM about 4 miles from home. my tbi has made me a much more impulsive person as well as dramatically increased my ability to get angry. i lose control over the stupidest things and do things that i think r bad. i can still control myself but one day i'm gonna let it out on somebody i fear. i'm a big guy even post tbi cause b4 it i worked out 2.5-3 hrs a day every other day and now 1-2 hrs/day. every day now i notice improvement and i think there r ways to enhance that improvement if u have gotten a tbi.
