It was October 20th of 1998, I was on my way to wrok. It was about 7:00 A.M. It was raining real hard and I had just bought brand new tires. Actually, brand new tires are worse about hydro-planing than slick ones. I hydro-planed and lost control of my truck. Spun around in several circles and eventually ended up going the wrong way in to oncoming traffic lane. As I did, I hit head on with a 1 ton truck. I was driving a small ford ranger so needless to say he won. lol Luckily there was a EMT Paramedic right behind me on his way to work that morning. He saw the whole thing. He keep me alive till the ambulance got there. I died 4 times, had to re-learn how to walk, talk, swallow, pretty much everything all over again. Right now I am about 80 to 85 % back to normal and NOT giving up!
