Hi everyone

My name is Lori Jepson, nickname teddy, and as some of you know I was hit by a car August 25th, 8 years ago. I had major damages to brain as well as my body. I have been living on my own for 6-7 years after my estranged husband left me. He comes around occasionally to help and I should be grateful because I have no family here, but he messes up my head and that is messed up enough!!HAHA. Then my beloved Jenny-dog, who some of you might remember, left this world about 1-2 years ago, leaving me with a broken heart. But with God's love and kindness and support of the friends I have made on TBI chat, I pulled through. I have a new friend now. She was bred in a kennel for 5 years and she was very unhappy. She needed love and a good home, so here we are. She sticks real close to me. Do you know that God spelled backwards spells dog!! Have learned to walk a little with walker and can do a lot for myself but need help for driving, bathing, cleaning and other things I can't do. I wish you all God's blessings and sincerely hope you get as much friendship and support from this TBI support group as I did. Be strong and persevere.
